Investiture Ceremony 2022-23

A leader is the one

who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way.”
The investiture ceremony is a platform to showcase the leadership skills and abilities of our students and is the most prestigious ceremony in the schedule of school events. The council prepares the mantle of leadership and discharges the responsibilities entrusted upon them by the school.

True leaders strive for excellence and do their best to achieve results. The very fact that you are here for the investiture ceremony proves that you are true leaders. I congratulate all the leaders for their feat on behalf of the Prasiddhi family.

Your attitude matters a lot since your team-mates look up to you as role models. Always be a doer and not a dreamer. You should be clear of your vision as leaders which will eventually lead to accomplishing the vision of the Institution. Be confident and courageous even when things seem tough. Be committed and accountable for your actions.

Practice non-violent communication, be humble and do not forget to empower yourself, have a healthy competition whether it is regarding sports, academics or cultural events. Basically you should be like a shepherd in the words of Nelson Mandela. Stay behind the flock, tapping the special talents of all and help them to succeed.

Wishing you all the best once again and may you take up your roles with utmost responsibility. Jai Hind!
