All correspondence with regard to the pupil should be addressed to the Principal and shall contain the pupil’s full name,class and section.
The school facilities and programmes are designed to cater to specific requirements of students as a group. lndividual instruction may not be possible.
Parents are expected to attend, in the interest of their wards, all workshops and meetings organized by the school.
The school may organise programmes for the orientation of parents on various issues related to the child. Meetings with the school’s representatives may also be called for to discuss the academic or other issues of the child. It is compulsory for parents to attend all the above programmes and meetings in the interest of their wards.
lf a child’s behaviour and conduct are found to be disturbing and uncontrollable and harming the welfare of other children, the parents shall accept the recommendations of the school authorities to withdraw such a child from the school.
The school’s decision on all the above and related issues shall be considered as final and binding on the pupils and their parents/guardians.
Despite the children being under the teacher’s observation, there are occasions when cases of falls/injuries have been reported. Such falls / injuries occur due to interactions with other children or during physical exercise or sports activities or anywhere within the school premises for reason beyond control. When such falls/injuries happen, despite the precautions taken by the school, immediate first-aid will be provided.
Attendance is compulsory on the re-opening day of the Academic Year.
